Changes to my study programm

Hello everyone!! Well, in this day i will talk about the problems of my career, I study psychology in the university of Chile, in the faculty of social science, if i can say an problem of facso, is the bureaucracy of facso. I hate this, is horrible, because I talk with my teachers or the others teachers and I know (we knows, my friends in the university know this) that the bureaucracy is horrible. Another suggestion is the problem that we have with the practice, so, we don't have practice in the first year, when I say "practice in the first year" I don't say about the real psycological and clinical practice, I talk about visit, or clinical case, but we stay all the time filled with papers, witting papers or make theoretical works. Another theme of this blog is the experience of teachers, I believe and I know that my teachers of the faculty are a great psychologist, all of these teachers know so much about the discipline, but these teachers don't have the knowledge for teach, therefore I think that all of teachers os the faculty of social sciences should take a course in order to teach, and evaluate. In my career, we have a lot of teachers that don't know how evaluate students, they don't know how make a test!! is horrible, because this have influence in the mark of students. Another idea that I need to say is about the problem of the fictional scientific movement and delay of the faculty, specifically in my career, I don't know the situation of other careers but in psychology, the scientific delay is horrible, for example, in this faculty still we discuss about the problem of environment and genetic/biology, and still we discuss about the problem os "the social world" and "the individual". In a course of Piaget and Vigotsky, I learn that this problems are solucionated in a long time ago. Also believe that the psychoanalytic movement in the university could be dangerous to the progress of the faculty, we don't think that always we could solve the problems of the patient with psychoanalysis, we need others movements, others knowledge, for example, we need look the psychiatry with other eyes, I know that the majority of cases of depression and mental issues of the first axis of DSM-IV are solve with the psychological therapy and psychotropics that are recommended for the psychiatrist. Well, I talk about this problems with my friends, I believe that I write so much, well, goodbye!!
